Danielle Taylor
Hey friends! My name is Danielle Taylor. I'm the founder and CEO of Strategic Disruption Consulting, a business consulting firm that is strengthening the impact of Black owned business and developing Black corporate professionals. I'm a serial entrepreneur, wife, mother, and champion of Black excellence. I spent the first decade of my career working as a human rights activist in Sub-Saharan Africa. I partnered with influential women from across the continent who were savvy in business, social change, and education. I have been strengthened by their resiliency, humbled by their commitment to community, and inspired by their innovation. It's an honor to be able to host a retreat in Ghana where I can not only celebrate the women who informed my leadership and impact, but also introduce a new cohort of women to new parts of themselves.

Hello Family. In the corporate world, I'm a Chief of Staff, but outside of work, I'm all about the art of connection. The power of human connection is underrated, but it is essential to self-discovery. I love to travel and immerse myself in new cultures. My first journey to Ghana helped me learn about my ancestry and understand who I truly am. Seeing the people, the food, the lounges, the art, the history, and the style awakened my spirit. There was no need to search for representation because my Blackness was everywhere I looked. I don't want to write your story, nor do I want you to live vicariously through me. Come experience Ghana for yourself! Come to relax, celebrate, elevate, and discover the best parts of you.

How much does the retreat cost?
There are two options:

If you prefer a shared room throughout the retreat, the cost is $4,000.

If you prefer an individual room throughout the retreat, the cost is $5,000.
