Danielle Taylor
CHIEF STRATEGIST
Danielle Taylor helps socially conscious organizations increase revenue and improve operations to maximize community impact.
As a business strategist and international human rights advocate, she has helped teams develop processes to reflect on their norms and policies and has led transformative overhauls of business practices that resulted in increased revenue and healthier work environments.
Her work has been featured in numerous international publications and media outlets including Nasdaq and Runners World UK, and she regularly lends her expertise as a guest lecturer on social justice themes at universities and professional conferences.
Before founding Strategic Disruption Consulting, Danielle served as the Chief Operating Officer for Virginia’s largest legal aid organization, Legal Aid Justice Center (LAJC).
Prior to joining LAJC, Danielle led high-stakes human rights campaigns across Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia with respected global development agencies including The Carter Center and the General Board of Global Ministries. Danielle is also a proud alum of Teach For America.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University, a Master of International Policy from the University of Georgia, and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University.
Ricky Parker
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Ricky Parker is a highly accomplished educator and award-winning creative professional with a strong focus on social impact advocacy.

He has provides strategic leadership for nonprofit organizations by facilitating development campaigns and offering valuable insights into board governance.
Ricky’s entrepreneurial ventures, including co-founding Shockoe Wine, have provided him with firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by small business owners.
He is a dynamic speaker, lifelong learner, and advocate for continuous education. With years of experience in various educational and professional settings, Ricky has developed a unique perspective on the importance of remaining open to new ideas and perspectives.

Ricky has taught at Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia Union University where he also served as the founding Director of Hip Hop Studies.
Jasmine Newson
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Jasmine brings many superpowers to Strategic Disruption, chief among them being her ability to cultivate a sense of community, trust, and identity for brands through social media. While we could credit her education and professional training, we know that this talent is rooted in her deep conviction to helping Black women in fostering healing and transformation so that they can manifest their highest quality output.
Jasmine is a speaker, writer, humanitarian, social entrepreneur, social media specialist, and digital marketer in diverse sectors, including non-profit and B2C.
She has a decade of experience leading digital marketing, influencer strategy, brand management, and content development for global and national brands that has successfully increased engagement and conversion rates.
Natalia Daies
SENIOR CONSULTANT,
BRAND & DIGITAL STRATEGY
Natalia is a strategic communications and creative project leader with over fifteen years of experience in digital strategy, crisis communications, product marketing, and narrative development for nonprofits. She grounds her work in social change and community organizing principles, designing mission-driven campaigns and content strategies that amplify the voices and impact of historically excluded communities.

Most recently, she has led in-house integrated marketing and communications teams and strategy design for organizations such as Women Who Code and Climate Finance Action, engaging stakeholders at every level to promote proportional representation and resources for underrepresented groups in tech, investing, private equity, and the climate and economic justice movements.

Natalia holds a Master of Divinity in Community Development from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Disciplined Agile SCRUM Master (DASM), Professional Certified Marketer (PCM)®, and Corporate Social Responsibility Professional.
Chris Wade
ASSC. CONSULTANT
GRANT WRITING
Chris Wade is a marketer and educator with a focus on social impact, youth empowerment, and DEI. Prior to transitioning to the nonprofit space, Chris was an entertainment and marketing executive for over 15 years. After graduating from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, he started his career managing music artists and producers. He later worked for several premier creative agencies specializing in artist-brand partnerships, branded experiences and strategy & insights. Chris has developed high-level strategy and integrated creative campaigns for premium brands such as LVMH, Heineken, Brand Jordan, Adidas, Mtn Dew, Ultra Music Festival and Boost Mobile.

As his desire to do more good in the world grew, Chris moved into education and the nonprofit sectors. Initially, he served as an Adjunct Instructor at NYU's Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music and executed mentoring programs at Harlem Children’s Zone. In 2020, Chris joined the DC-based nonprofit Civic Nation to build CREATOR FORCE – an initiative centered on helping expose underrepresented high school students to creative career pathways. Currently, Chris independently operates CREATOR FORCE and recently relaunched the program in partnership with Henrico County Public Schools.

Chris holds a Master’s in Global Entertainment & Music Business from Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain.
